Formerly a Best Western, we converted this 147-room Phoenix hotel to a Quality Inn in the Spring of 2016, including full room remodelling, replacing the furniture, and remodelling the exterior. We also handled all of the procurement for this conversion project. By July of 2016, we had brought the hotel up to Choice Hotels’ brand standards.

Another one of our hotel endeavours in Phoenix, AZ, this hotel was originally a Grace Inn which we converted to a Four Points by Sheraton in 2014.
Bringing it up to brand standards meant remodelling the lobby, replacing the essential infrastructure, and putting in new windows, lighting, and wiring. We also renovated 10,000 sqft of banquet and meeting space, remodelled the tennis court and the built-in bar and restaurant, and repaved the parking lot.
